Please review the following requirements and guidelines to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Students desiring to enroll at Many Farms High School must have a parent or guardian accompany them at the time of enrollment.

New Student Enrollment

All new students must submit the following documents:

  • Completed enrollment packet: All forms must be fully completed.
  • Certificate of Indian Blood: Students applying for admission must demonstrate membership in a federally recognized Tribe.
  • Immunization records: A current immunization record is required.
  • Proof of age: A birth certificate or other documentation verifying guardianship or parentage.
  • Social Security card
  • Attendance/behavior log: Registrants who have been previously suspended or involved in disciplinary actions must complete a counseling session before enrolling.
  • Previous school report card: Transcripts, grades, credits, attendance and test data.
  • Individualized Education Plan or Individualized Family Service Plan (if applicable).

Returning Student Enrollment 

Returning students need to provide:

  • Completed enrollment packet
  • Updated immunization records

Important Enrollment Information

  • Medical issues: Students with known medical conditions, including food allergies, must disclose this information to the principal or registrar upon admission. Relevant staff will be informed in accordance with school policy.
  • Out-of-boundary students: Those living outside the school’s attendance zone must provide an approved waiver from the school board.
  • Non-biological guardians: Proof of guardianship is required, such as legal court documents, Caregiver’s Affidavit or Power of Attorney.

Denial of Enrollment

  • Adult students: Students 18 or older who cannot graduate by their 21st birthday will be denied admission.
  • Safety concerns: Enrollment may be denied if the student poses a direct threat to the health, safety or welfare of the school community. An appeal process is available.
