Many Farms High School provides daily bus service for day students. The bus stops at designated locations only. Students must follow all school bus rules and procedures to ensure the safety of all riders. Unacceptable behavior and violation of the bus rules may result in restrictions or suspension of bus privileges.

Bus Rules

Students must follow all school bus rules and procedures to ensure the safety of all riders.

  • Be at your bus stop five minutes before the bus arrives.
  • Have respect for others and the bus driver.
  • For your safety and others, do not distract the bus driver.
  • No boom boxes or speakers on the bus.
  • Remain in your seat.
  • Keep your hands and head inside the bus.
  • For your safety, keep the aisle and exit door clear of suitcases, bags and instruments (e.g., guitars).
  • Be courteous.
  • Never use foul language or obscene gestures.
  • Bullying is not allowed on the bus.
  • No food or drinks on the bus.
  • No use of tobacco, alcohol or energy drinks.
  • Drugs are prohibited on the school bus.
  • Remember: you and your parents are responsible for any damage to the school bus.
  • Always cross 10 feet in front of the school bus when exiting and look both ways before crossing the road.
  • For safety, take off your earbuds and headphones and do not text while entering and exiting the school bus.

Bus Change Requests

A student must have a temporary bus pass to ride a different bus from the one assigned. To receive a temporary bus pass, a parent/guardian must provide written notice or call Many Farms High School by 11:30 a.m. on the same day. No bus changes will be accepted after 11:30 a.m.

Transportation Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather

In case of a school delay or cancellation, the school will send an automated message.
